Rusty metal pulley with hook. Both sheaves move well. Hook is wired on to pulley. Wire could be cut if wanted to remove the hook option. Approx 7" total length, 4 1/2" pulley only length. Weathered and worn from use and age. Great to add to any decor, add rope or chain to hang lighting or flower baskets!
