Pale minty green chippy paint rusty heavy metal pulley. Double metal sheave and both turn. Ring below only one sheave. Movable hook. Approx 12" long, 4 1/8" wide, 3" deep. Dented in areas around edge. Weathered and worn from use age. Lots of patina!! Great to add chain or rope to hang lighting, buckets with flowers and plants or add to any decor!!
